Hanksy sure is getting around these days. The comical street artist teamed up with Chicago collective FeelTrip over the holiday weekend to wreak some havoc on those windy city streets. Targets this time around included Mayor Rahm Emanuel (“Rahm Com”) and a new series of “Dan” vans.
