The Fat Radish Goes to France for Limited Engagement

Team Silkstone has its hands full of late, what with running a mini Lower East Side empire (nay, monopoly) at the bottom of Orchard Street – Fat Radish, the newly-christened Leadbelly, and the forthcoming Two Good Traders restaurant. Capitalizing on this local success and mainstream exposure, chef Ben Towill and artistic designer Phil Winser are crossing the Atlantic for a brief engagement in France.
Indeed, starting next week, the Fat Radish is participating in a “pop-up dinner series” at Paris restaurant Bob’s Kitchen. Hosted by creative agency The Sporting Project, the event runs from September 26 through October 2.
