Billy’s Bakery Outpost on Elizabeth is Kaput

That second establishment known as Billy’s just off the Bowery met the same fate as the longtime antiques seller. Billy’s Bakery at 268 Elizabeth Street shuttered just over a week ago, nearly two years after first opening shop here. The trendy cupcakeery is survived by its three other city locations.
