East Broadway Pizza Now Serving at 181 East Broadway

Stanton Pizza has the best slice in the neighborhood. Hands down. What you see is what you get at this cramped pizza parlor, without any of the bullshit artisanal gimmicks or foodie endorsements. Thumbs up for the decor of cheesy mafia movie posters and faded maps of Italy.
Business is certainly booming, judging by the ever-constant flow of hungry daytimers and night owls alike. So it makes sense that the owner would expand the operation. Hence, the arrival of East Broadway Pizza at 181 East Broadway. This recently-opened joint, a hop-skip-jump from 169 Bar, is almost an exact replica of its uptown sister. Right down to the fonts and family photographs.
How do you rank the slice at East Broadway Pizza?
