This building is up for sale in a 200 million dollar fraud scheme by the owners to ell these buildings “vacant” to boost the retail componet. This is the Gindi’s from Century 21 not Abramcyk’s bar application. He was hired to start a few fires, steal power, filed fraud insurance claims over “accidents” pretending to be bars. Thee tenants are in serious trouble and sincerely hope they all hired lawyers. The bar is a red herring. Abramcyk was sent in to destroy the buildings to pull the demo clause to distress the buildings and the leases. He isn’t in the bar business.
