Vince Vaughn’s “Delivery Man” Filming on the Lower East Side

Fresh off a stint occupying Brooklyn Heights for much of October, production for a comedy called Delivery Man is here on the Lower East Side for the next two days. The usual smattering of traffic cones, trucks, no parking signs, and other equipment is already in place northeast of Delancey and Essex. It’s surely gonna be a busy day of filming, so send us your photos!

Delivery Man stars Vince Vaughn as a middle-aged man who’s in for a treat after learning that he’s fathered 533 children via sperm donation. A large group of his offspring petition the sperm bank to reveal his identity, while he debates coming forward.

It’s a remake of the successful 2011 Canadian flick, Starbuck, but penned by the same screenwriters Martin Petit and Ken Scott. Supporting stars include Ben Bailey, Cobie Smulders, Britt Robertson, and Chris Pratt.

Delivery Man arrives in theaters October 2013.
