Bouwerie Iconic Magazine Debuts Tomorrow at 215 Bowery

So that large magazine store on the Bowery officially has an identity…and an opening date. Newcomer Bouwerie Iconic Magazine received a throwback exterior dressing late last week, and is on the docket to open tomorrow. Its awning and namesake so obviously evoke the thoroughfare of yore by using the archaic spelling of “Bouwerie.”

The new bodega-slash-newsstand has wall-to-wall racks carrying every publication known to man (likely porn, too). And of course, it wouldn’t be complete without a small grocery section of shelves and refrigerators.
