Early this morning, at roughly 3:30 am, an unmarked police car was reportedly rear-ended by a black SUV outside
101 Ludlow Street. The
Ludlow Residence at the corner of Delancey. We are told that the driver was arrested for DWI, while the two officers sustained minor back and neck injuries.
