The pothole feast

Winter begets snow, which begets road accumulation, which begets plows, which begets potholes. Such is life.

And considering response time to plug potholes is seemingly slower on the Lower East Side, perhaps it’s best to utilize the pock-marks for something else.

Here’s what we mean. Check out this photo essay of some funny photos aptly called “Embracing Potholes.” Even though only a couple were shot in New York City, they’re no less awesome. DOT (i.e. the Pothole Gang), pay heed.
