Here’s an Early Peek Inside Bar Primi on the Bowery

Bar Primi is tying up the remaining loose ends at 325 Bowery before its anticipated opening. Neon signage arrived last week, preceded by character-changing paint job and red awnings. The casual Italian restaurant – an A-list joint venture between Andrew Carmellini, Josh Pickard and Luke Ostrom – is allegedly a week from opening, according to one worker on a smoke break.

Here is your first look inside the premises via the gratuitous blogger portals.

Predecessor Peels had operated at 325 Bowery for three years before its closure in January.
