155 Attorney Claims to ‘Reinvent’ the Lower East Side with $4K Luxury Rentals

Four years of planning, construction, stop-work orders, and late-night actions disturbing the neighbors, 155 Attorney Street is finally ready to roll. The luxury residential building is now leasing, with move-ins slated to begin on March 1.

The seven-story development at 155 Attorney Street boasts 37 luxury apartments of the one- and two-bedroom variety. The most “budget” unit in this building is a one-bedroom for $3,400 per month while a two-bedroom is going for $5,700 per month. There are also two penthouses in the mix, each with private terraces.

Midtown Equities, which previously acquired Soho House, purchased the 30,000 square-foot development parcel in 2013 for $15 million. You’ll recall that This was the former home of the Plaintains Wholesale garage.
