‘Party Monster’ Michael Alig Auctioning Club Kid Ephemera

Notorious “party monster,” Michael Alig, is selling some ephemera from his club kids days. The 50-year old ex-con, who served seventeen years behind bars for the gruesome 1996 murder of his drug dealer, Andre (Angel) Melendez, listed several party invitations on eBay the last few days.

For instance, auction items include “Club Kid Disco 2000 Anniversary 1991 Limelight” ($130) and the “Michael Alig Club Kids Filthy Mouth Contest Tunnel Nightlife NYC 1989,” and

In related news, Alig was arrested last month for trespassing and smoking Crystal Meth in a Bronx park (Joyce Kilmer Park). Perhaps he needs the money now…
