Dana Foley Moves Boutique into Former John Brevard Space at 138 Ludlow Street

Dana Foley’s semi-permanent retail presence at 151 Ludlow Street concluded last week. It was here that she peddled her fashions, beginning with a holiday pop-up store last Christmas.

But now the onetime co-owner of Foley + Corinna has moved operations to a much larger space just a few paces away. The new boutique is located at 138 Ludlow Street, which previously housed Tommy Guns salon (aka Ludlow Blunt) and, most recently, the John Brevard accessories shop. The latter business folded up last month after two years.

Foley opened the eponymous store last week.

With Dana Foley gone, and the La Margarita pizzeria moving up the block, 151 Ludlow Street is now one step closer to potential redevelopment. You’ll recall that the property changed hands earlier this summer for $15.5 million.
