CommentsNot too long ago, Jim Joe, the street writer with two first names, vandalized the facade of 103 Orchard Street. It seems as though the city, but our neighborhood in particular, has seen an uptick in such tags. They’re everywhere – in subways, on scaffolding, street furniture, and building facades.

CommentsThe Chrystie cat made another grand sidewalk appearance just the other day, stopping camera-carrying pedestrians in their tracks yet again. Must be the warmer weather as of late.

CommentsIt’s three times a charm for White Slab Palace and their broken window situation. Last summer, we reported on the two busted glass panes in the Delancey facade, which, to date, have not been replaced. This third act of vandalism occurred in the last few weeks and, like its brethren, will probably remain unfixed.
