Since our update last month, work at 38 Delancey is quietly progressing beneath its dark veil of scaffolding. As we speak, the erector-set skeleton is finally showing some skin. Much like the Blue condo itself, the seemingly-permanent scaffolding that’s been attached to 128 Delancey for years remains a nagging eyesore.
