Delancey Sidewalk Disaster Filled!

It’s a miracle. Probably the most important development in the new decade!  The ever-sinking sidewalk near the corner of Delancey and Chrystie Street was finally filled last weekend.

Some high-tech interactive advertising is now afoot inside the ground level of 38 Delancey, which explains the new touch-screen. The windows are skinned with posters showing app logos and the lame-o slogan of submission (“droid does apps”). No sign of tenants just yet.

After revealing itself to the neighborhood earlier this week, 38 Delancey keeps rolling out the new features.  Yesterday afternoon, a touch-sensitive computer magically appeared in a window at the corner of Forsyth Street.

Over the weekend, much of the remaining worksite plywood was dismantled from the facade of 38 Delancey.  We now have a relatively unfettered look at the ground level of the new condoplex.
