Mott Street Tree Remains an Obstruction

Over a week after a tree outside 307 Mott Street snapped in half, cleanup efforts are nowhere in sight.  The dead branch remains an obstruction on the sidewalk, the yellow caution tape torn from its initial perimeter position.  Seriously, how long does it take to truck in the industrial strength wood chipper?
