The Living Room is officially closing at the end of the month due to a gouging rental increase. Shortly before the new year, the Living Room announced the unfortunate news that it would be departing 154 Ludlow Street at the end of January.

Slow news week this is not. It is with heavy heart that we break news late today about the departure of the Living Room from its ten-year residence at 152 Ludlow Street.
