After nearly two years in existence at 254 Broome Street, the Mayson Gallery relocated to 75th Street. As expected. In its place is a temporary tenant peddling boutique goods. It’s called Études Studio, a two-year-old brand/collective that specializes in men’s contemporary fashion. The new pink awning arrived at 254 Broome Street just a couple weeks ago. But there was still paper in the windows, and no sign of any opening date. Details inside!
