No longer a storefront shrouded in newspaper clippings, the retail space at the recently-completed 30 Orchard Street has finally joined the ranks of the living. A new art gallery called UNTITLED, the details of which were announced six months ago, is now in business. It opened with the obligatory party on September 12.

30 Orchard Street, that tower of rust just below Hester Street, will soon house a gallery in its ground level retail space. The marriage is only fitting – luxury catering to luxury. While the storefront is still obscured by newspaper clippings, there are still details to report.

Full frontal views of the new glass box condo at 30 Orchard Street are now available. The scaffolding is weeks gone, leaving a clear path to the nearly-completed entrance. Up above, trendy-looking balconies are in place, complete with glass partitions and wooden door-frames.
