Al Pacino Spotted Filming Son of No One on MacDougal

Yesterday afternoon, the in-production crime thriller Son of No One was filming inside Caffe Dante at 79 MacDougal Street.  Lead star Al Pacino sat in a director’s chair curbside for a good amount of time, drawing stares (and cameras) from giddy passersby.  This production was last seen on Grand Street back in mid-April.

Just a few short blocks from where the Grand Street fire burned, and still in smelling distance of its aftermath, filming commences today for the feature film Son of No One.  The shoot will lay claim to the area along Grand Street between Allen and Ludlow.
