Washington Mutual has completely vanished from the neighborhood.  That’s right, the onetime Delancey branch is now officially a member of the Chase bank empire. Resistance is futile!

Work is moving forward at the Ludlow Residence branch of Bank of America, and it’s all happening in plain sight.  Peering through the musty  windows, a row of ATM machines is now visible amidst the haphazard placement of machinery, tools, and ladders.  It appears as though a grand opening is imminent.
