Red Helicopter Above the Lower East Side

A low-flying red helicopter is currently circling the air space above the Lower East Side. From our vantage point on Delancey, it seems to be hovering above Houston. What are you seeing out there?

One of the residents in the Blue Condo building decided to celebrate the holiday season with, wait for it, blue lights.  How clever. The twinkling ornaments are visible to the hordes down below on Delancey.

126-128 Delancey Undergoing Makeover

The Scaffolding at 128 Delancey

Much like the Blue condo itself, the seemingly-permanent scaffolding that’s been attached to 128 Delancey for years remains a nagging eyesore.
