These days, it seems that indie concert promoter Bowery Presents can do no wrong.  The brand continues to expand its presence throughout the city, and now, further north into Boston.

There’s a new glass-box addition to the seedy northeast corner of Bowery and Delancey.  With the Bowery Ballroom and JMZ subway entrance mere steps away, the powers that be considered this a high traffic spot for a shiny Cemusa Newsstand.  Just what the already-narrow sidewalk needs.

Calling All Cougars

Calling all cougars to the Lower East Side.  Seriously, these advertisements for the new ABC show Cougar Town are ubiquitous – phonebooths, subway stations, buses, etc.  Tuesday morning, a giant banner was placed in the ad space above the Bowery Ballroom, with its little sibling located above the entrance to the JMZ stop.
