Livery Hits Cyclist on Lafayette

The intersection of East Houston and Lafayette is dangerous enough, even without the subway superstation mess that has appropriated the area.  It’s a high traffic zone full of commuters on foot, bicycle, or in cars.  During the morning rush yesterday, a livery driver collided with a cyclist.
