Hundreds assembled at the foot of the Brown Building in Greenwich Village to honor and remember the 100th anniversary of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire.

It’s an all-hands fire at 202 Mott Street, during primetime dinner rush at Lombardi’s. Dozens of people are gathered on the street watching our city’s finest extinguish the fire. Although the fire at 124 Ludlow Street earlier this morning was extinguished rather quickly, the blaze was swift and deadly.

Last night, an underground fire shut down WD-50 at 50 Clinton Street. Diners were quickly evacuated. This morning, Grub St brings word that everything is safe at the Wylie Dufresne restaurant.
