Bowery Boogie | A Lower East Side Chronicle

When production crews for 30 Rock descended upon the Lower East Side back in February, it was to film a scene inside the Hotel on Rivington.  The results of that shoot were included in last Thursday’s mother’s day special.

Following up on yesterday’s shoot near the corner of East Seventh Street and First Avenue, East Fifth Bliss will be filming in our neck of the woods tomorrow.  Given the placement of neon notices, production is relegated to Rivington between Essex and Ludlow.  Perhaps scenes inside the Hotel on Rivington?

NBC’s month-long hiatus from the Lower East Side has concluded. Law & Order: Criminal Intent is back on the neighborhood streets, filming select scenes on Rivington today and tomorrow. If we had to guess, the Hotel on Rivington is probably central to the shoot.

It was only a matter of time before all the neighborhood filming for USA Networks’ White Collar finally premiered on the small screen. Episode number six (“All In”), which aired this past Friday, was focused in “the seedy underbelly of New York’s Chinatown.”  The protagonists are in pursuit of villains through their high-stakes games of Pai [...]
