These days, it seems that indie concert promoter Bowery Presents can do no wrong.  The brand continues to expand its presence throughout the city, and now, further north into Boston.

We’ve walked past the blue ocean-themed mural on East Second Street many times, but for whatever reason, only just spotted the Yellow Submarine amidst the aquatic art.

Not too long ago, this tall drink of water was pacing the sidewalk outside Ciao on Bleecker Street, singing at the top of his lungs.  It sounded like he was practicing his scales.

Disco Dudes on Ludlow [Video]

Last night, in a street scene that could’ve been lifted directly from Saturday Night Fever, these two disco dudes were walking to the beat of their own soundtrack on Ludlow.  Quite literally.  The volume on the old-school boombox was cranked to 11, and the music echoed for blocks.
