There’s a new glass-box addition to the seedy northeast corner of Bowery and Delancey.  With the Bowery Ballroom and JMZ subway entrance mere steps away, the powers that be considered this a high traffic spot for a shiny Cemusa Newsstand.  Just what the already-narrow sidewalk needs.
