Owned by Blue developer Angelo Cosentini, the three-story commercial frontage at 126-130 Delancey just traded hands for $21 million.

As the seasons pass, the Lower East Side becomes ever more a concept for merchandisers. We’ve seen it all before, from perfume lines evoking the Bowery to J. Crew and their selection of Stanton Pants or Ludlow Suits. And now it’s time for Payless ShoeSource to get in on the action.
