Back in late January, Suba was sold to the owners of nearby gastropub Spitzer’s Corner.  At the time, Grub St reported that the new spot would eventually become a trendy taqueria called MPDRAW, and that management hoped for a March opening.  Obviously that never happened; typical.  A sidewalk shed was erected a short time [...]

It’s spring cleaning at the former Suba space on Ludlow. Looking at the garbage stacked outside, it seems that the eatery operated its business with some dated computing equipment.

Suba’s replacement, a taqueria called MPDRAW, was slated to open back in March. Just a tad behind schedule at this point.

Last month, Grub St reported that Suba on Ludlow would be replaced by a new taqueria named MPDRAW. Work at the future trend spot is now underway, with a new sidewalk shed already in place. Great, just what this street needs is more plywood and construction.
