The Supermoon Bakehouse officially launches on Rivington Street tomorrow. Paper again covers the windows of the storefront, obstructing the stacks of iridescent, Instagram friendly boxes. Sugar Sweet Sunshine will soon have some company on the block. Indeed, a new bakery is currently readying 120 Rivington Street, the one-story building previously occupied by Schapiro’s.
