Earlier this month, the former location of Triangle Optical at the southwest corner of Ludlow lost its kitschy yellow markings.  Now there is another casualty of sorts to report at the two-story strip of storefronts comprising 95 Delancey.  The brown Schachner Fashions sign which graced 95-04 Delancey is gone.  Thanks to Mother Nature’s windy wrath [...]

Just under a year ago, Triangle Optical moved to a much smaller space directly across the street at 90 Delancey.  In that time, the original location at 95 Delancey has been dormant, a ghost of its former self.  Gates remained shut, with the only signs of life being DIY announcements informing residents and would-be consumers [...]

After three weeks in plain sight, the embarrassing spelling mistake on the gate of the old Triangle Optical building has finally been corrected. Last I checked, that’s not how you spell NEXT; or T-MOBILE for that matter. Maybe the landlords of the old Triangle Optical storefront could benefit from some glasses and a spelling lesson.
