Just under a year ago, Triangle Optical moved to a much smaller space directly across the street at 90 Delancey.  In that time, the original location at 95 Delancey has been dormant, a ghost of its former self.  Gates remained shut, with the only signs of life being DIY announcements informing residents and would-be [...]

After three weeks in plain sight, the embarrassing spelling mistake on the gate of the old Triangle Optical building has finally been corrected. More like poorly painted over, considering you can still see the letters beneath the gray splotches. Better than nothing, I guess.

Last I checked, that’s not how you spell NEXT; or T-MOBILE for that matter. Maybe the landlords of the old Triangle Optical storefront could benefit from some glasses and a spelling lesson. Let’s see how long before the clandestine spelling patrol fixes the error.
