The gravel parking lot located at 163 Delancey (between Clinton and Suffolk), Site 4 of the SPURA wasteland, remains a photogenic haven of urban decay.  Despite being positioned along the busy approach of the Williamsburg Bridge, the space itself is relatively quiet.
