FX is gearing up for a full day of filming today for its new original series Lights Out. Traffic cones are already holding spots along the entire length of Great Jones Street – between Bowery and Broadway – for the inevitable arrival of Haddad’s trailers.

Today and tomorrow, the forthcoming feature Jack and Diane will be filming along Ludlow, between Hester and Grand Streets. The independent movie is directed by Bradley Rust Gray (Hitch).

In honor of the new A-Team feature-film remake, which debuted at the box office this past weekend, it seems apropos to flashback to the 1983 episode entitled “The Out-of-Towners.” In this particular episode, the fearless foursome of John “Hannibal” Smith, “Howling Mad” Murdock, B.A. Baracus, and Templeton “Faceman” Peck mobilize to save Delancey Street shopkeepers from a group of thugs.
