Schachner Fashions Sign is Gone

Earlier this month, the former location of Triangle Optical at the southwest corner of Ludlow lost its kitschy yellow markings.  Now there is another casualty of sorts to report at the two-story strip of storefronts comprising 95 Delancey.  The brown Schachner Fashions sign which graced 95-04 Delancey is gone.  Thanks to Mother Nature’s windy wrath a week and a half ago, the sign was effortlessly detached from the building facade.  Luckily we snapped a few pictures, for it was removed shortly thereafter.
