Bowery Musical Chairs

Another commercial restaurant supply company along the Bowery is upgrading its store signage.  Back in May, Globe Slicers decided to polish their token yellow sign with a more modern flavor.  The Yasakart Chair Table Booth outlet at 208 Bowery is next, with a hard-to-miss bright white awning.  The store itself is a satellite outpost to the head office a few blocks north, adjacent to the in-progress Pulino’s Bar and Pizzeria.

So, it would appear the game of musical chairs continues.  Indeed, 208 Bowery was most recently home to Maxsun Furnishings, which relocated to 200 Bowery last spring.  Shortly thereafter, the Yasakart outlet itself moved in, vacating the Brack Captial-purchased 187 Bowery.  That locale is one of three properties currently held hostage by the threat of another new hotel construction – still pending.  Got all that?
