Organic Avenue Readying Space of Love at 116 Suffolk

As first reported here back in August, Organic Avenue is indeed opening a satellite locale in the Rothko building at 116 Suffolk Street.  It’s official.  Yesterday evening, a crew of people was busy readying the new Space of *Love for tonight’s grand opening festivities.  The event will kick off at 6 pm and last until 2 am.

Come together as we gather in Vision and Intention around the Organic Avenue’s (new) Space of *LOVE, 116 Suffolk Street (between Rivington and Delancy). The Space of *LOVE is a Space for an Alkaline Elixir Bar & Live Food Lounge.. a Space to commune.. a Space to expand in consciousness and experience.. a Space of cutting edge education… a Space of healing and renewal, a Space where discovering your highest potential can unfold before your eyes and heart…a Space to Be… a Space of *LOVE. We believe that holding a strong vision and intention is how to humanifest the best environment for all, and we are inviting the community to join in this vision quest as we ALL witness the unfolding of The Space of *LOVE.

7-8pm: Blood Art Show: a gallery of blood, blood, and more blood! Get a new perspective as Dr. Robert O. Young walks us through and explains the phenomenon of Acid/Alkaline and the effects on the blood.

8-9pm: Get moving with a Samba Yoga Intro with Agustin Aguerreberry.

9:45pm: Blessing Ceremony for The Space of *LOVE with Parashakti & Native American Elder, Wakin Yn Mance.

10pm – Special Guest presentation by Gerard Senehi The Experimentalist

12am – MIDNIGHT: DAVID AVOCADO WOLFE presents “The Chocolate Revolution 2012” plus follow up with question and answers later in the evening.

Yoga demonstrations throughout the night. Forget “go-go” dancers, and enjoy witnessing (and participating) in movement and flow that entertains and inspires.

Special guest Djay’s Mix from DJ Soul Messiah will keep things live as we test The Space of *LOVE’s new sound system. And other special guests that will help us celebrate our new space.
