Months of vacancy at the western storefront of 90 Delancey, and still no retail tenants have jumped at the opportunity.  So why not sell advertising in the windows? These sleek new Sprite banners were installed just before the snowstorm.   Perhaps the space will become another corporate-sponsored gallery like the Converse Energy Space at 132 Orchard Street…
