Karaoke Boho opened at 196 Orchard Street over the weekend, mere days after the West Village location shuttered.  It’s being touted as “New York City’s hottest and luxurious Karaoke bar.”  The grand opening is not perfect, however, as this newest Sing Sing joint has yet to acquire its liquor license.  Indeed, hanging from the flat-screen televisions are makeshift signs warning against alcohol and smoking.  Or else!

The space is defined by an expansive foyer and lengthy (dry) bar.  Patrons can sing out front or reserve one of seventeen private singing rooms for parties.

The per-room rate is $10 per person, per hour.
