Coming Soon: Subway at 66 Delancey

66 Delancey is the recipient of more makeovers than one.  While restoration efforts continue up above, street-level renovation has begun inside the former wireless joint at the northwest corner of Allen Street.  And what will this long-dormant space become?  You guessed it – a Subway franchise!

Permits filed with the DOB on April 2 confirm the news.  This latest outpost, code-named Subway 66, is just a few blocks northwest of the Palazzo Grey location. More Submen on the way?
