Keanu Reeves and Generation Um Filming on Ludlow Today

Guess which cupcake-munching movie star is returning to the neighborhood today. That’s right, Mr. Keanu Reeves and his generation Um crew is back for another fun-filled day of filming. This time the shoot is centered on Ludlow Street, between Rivington and Delancey.

Last week, Keanu caused quite the spectacle while filming scenes inside Sugar Sweet Sunshine at 126 Rivington Street.  Judging by the placement of the “no parking” sign, it seems that another indoors shoot could be in the works.  Spitzer’s? Motor City Bar?

generation Um is co-written and directed by Mark Mann, and is reportedly a “meaning of life” piece focusing on a young trio “as they live life on the fringe, immersed in sex, drugs and indecision.” IMDB shows that the independent film will see daylight sometime in 2012.
