Another Casting Call for “The Scene…LES”

It’s already been a year, so time once again to check in with the allegedly forthcoming reality show called The Scene…LES.  You may recall our post from last January on the subject, which was basically a casting call for a program that “straddles the line between the music world and the real life drama of up and coming Singer-Songwriters who live around and play the circuit of performance venues on the Lower East Side of New York City.”

Jimmy Lloyd Productions, the powerhouse behind the effort, has taken to Craigslist again with another casting call.  The post beckons struggling songwriters to submit links of their work for consideration.  Eight to ten participants will reportedly be chosen to join the cast.  The Scene…LES will follow their journey through the ups and downs of trying to “make it” in the biz.  Seems fairly banal if you ask us.  Below is a teaser video…

If interested in participating, you can send an email here.
