Vie De France to Open Imminently on Orchard
Back in December, we broke news that a new French-themed cafe called Vie De France was gunning for the below-grade space at 96 Orchard Street. At the time, equipment installation was still the order of the day, with proprietor Chef Armani promising an opening “very soon.” Hindsight translates such “resto-speak” to at least three months. However, we can now report that Vie de France is racing down the final stretch, and should be open any day now.

As previously reported, Vie De France will offer sandwiches, coffee, and an array of cafe snacks, from crepes and cheeses to chocolate. Look over your shoulder, 88!
