Topless Woman Takes Afternoon Stroll Along Bowery

In other hilarious offbeat news, there were reports yesterday afternoon of a topless woman casually strolling up the Bowery.  Two different Twitter followers posted photos.  Matt Kosoy spotted the shameless streaker beneath the scaffolding at 185 Bowery, walking at a seemingly brisk pace with pocketbook slung over her right shoulder.

Mere minutes later, Olivia Knoepfel passed her at the corner of Prince Street, and snapped a photo of the resultant police response.  Two cops with questions.  Our tipster indicated that the woman was issued a ticket for her illicit activities.

Just another day here on the Bowery!  Must be something in the alcohol water that’s causing girls to strip on the Lower East Side.
