Meet JR, the Artist Behind “Lakota” on the Bowery [Video]
French artist JR is currently making the rounds in the city as part of the Inside Out Project. The most high-profile placement, of course, is the “Lakota” piece at the Tony Goldman graffiti wall, but his mark is spotted across the Five Boroughs. We noticed a new paster on the plywood at 133 Essex Street, and there were also sightings up in the Bronx and Park Slope.
