And the hits keep comin’. Barely two weeks after reopening a fast-serve concept in its old 95 Orchard Street headquarters, il Laboratorio del Gelato is tweaking its current java program. Ever since opening at 188 Ludlow late last year, the frozen creamery offered cafe options alongside the ice cream and sorbet. Now they are pairing up with Oakland-via-Brooklyn-based Blue Bottle Coffee.

WITH THEIR TRAINING AND SUPPORT WE’VE MADE SOME CHANGES TO OUR COFFEE PROGRAM TO SYNC WITH THEIR PHILOSOPHY, INCLUDING A COLD BREWED ICED COFFEE AND AN END TO OUR DRIP COFFEE IN FAVOR OF THE AMERICANO.
