Progress at Frank Prisinzano’s newest dining concept at 78 Rivington Street has just up-shifted into the marketing and publicity phase of development.  As we first noted over four months ago, the Lower East Side restaurateur (Lil Frankie’s, Supper) is slated to open an Italian establishment here entitled Sauce.  In anticipation of the autumnal launch, we received a press release for two open staff calls this week – today and Wednesday.  Pretty much all positions are being sought, from bussers to bartenders.
