Five years at the northeast corner of Ludlow and Delancey, and Ludlow Fitness is ready to expand its product. Gym owner Mason Goldberg spent the better part of the summer quietly renovating the cellar space below the Ludlow Residence dorm monstrosity. The new studio annex officially opened its doors last Thursday evening, providing membership access to ten additional pieces of cardio equipment, twenty-four spinning bikes in a dedicated sweat room, and a 1,350 square-foot yoga room. Bathrooms and showers, too.

Meanwhile, signs out front in both locations indicate the change of address.
