FAILE Completes Mural on Bowery Graffiti Wall
Yesterday morning, we broke news about the changing of the guard down at the Tony Goldman graffiti wall. JR is out, FAILE is in. The Brooklyn-based art duo was busy pasting all day, with plenty of onlookers stopping to shoot photos for keepsakes. By nightfall, we were told it was pretty much complete, but needed some basic touch-up.

It’s nice to see some more color back on this corner. JR’s “Lakota, North Dakota” was intriguing, but easily forgettable. This new FAILE mural is more lively, and definitely channels that pulp fiction/comic book vibe.
What’s your take on FAILE’s latest?
